We are excited to announce the launch of the Pilot that allows healthcare providers customers to integrate your EHR with Segment, use this data to build a Patient Engagement Profile in Unify, and Activate it using Engage, starting with a prebuilt campaign for Annual Wellness Visit Nudges.
