Value sensitivity when pulling audiences

Hi there, 

My team is just starting with an implementation. A few questions on the sensitivity when building audiences.

1.I know in the past my team had issues with Lytic’s capitalization sensitivity ie: TRUE vs. true. Is Segment also sensitive to capitalizations.

2.Can Segment accept a N or Y for a yes or no answer?​​​​​​​

3.Are there any other data sensitivities that come into play while building audiences?

Hi @Kasey Williams! Yes, Segment doesn’t do assumptions; so casing and typing are sensitive as a general best practice. The values have to match exactly... if it’s ‘no’, then it needs to be inputted at exactly such (no, not N). Hope this helps.
