Hi,

 

Is it possible to configure multiple Profiles Sync destinations for an Engage space? We want to set this up for one of the Engage spaces used in the production environment. Currently, we have configured the Profiles Sync destination to Snowflake.

At the moment, each Engage space connects directly to one destination. If you are looking to have your profile sync data duplicated over to another data warehouse, there’s a couple approaches to think about:

  • Create a second Engage space with the same settings as the first and connect to the new destination. This would require maintaining multiple spaces.
  • Copy directly from one data warehouse to another using any tool of your choosing.

What are you optimizing for in duplicating the profile sync data over to a second warehouse? I’m interested to hear how we may be able to better fit to your use-case.
