It looks like the five Suggested Predictive Audience categories (e.g., Ready to Buy, High LTV) are primarily ecommerce-focused, relying heavily on purchase and revenue-related events like Order Completed.

Are there options to build custom Predictive Audiences that don't depend on a revenue-based conversion event? And is there a roadmap to support non-ecommerce use cases—for example, audiences built around content engagement, form fills, or other non-purchase signals?

Would love to hear how others are handling this or if Segment has guidance on broader applications.

Hi ​@Deven Pearson, this is a great question! Curious what the KPI is that you’re looking to track if it’s not ordered complete?

There’s the ability to build a predictive audience based on other events that aren’t revenue-based conversion events. 

In Engage > Computed Traits > Create Computed Trait > Create Custom Predictive Goal.

Once here, you can skip to 2. what are you predicting and enter that KPI. If you want ot limit the pool to only certain uses who did the KPI action, you’ll want to enter those parameters in 1. the make prediction for section.
