+3With this beta release, transactional emails can be triggered directly from Segment using your existing SendGrid dynamic templates. The integration provides a seamless interface to manage your transactional email workflows within the familiar Segment mapping UI.

This is great news, Tyler! I am currently building a Segment journey using webhooks to send transactional emails with Sendgrid. It’s working, but it is less than an ideal setup. I’m looking forward to testing the new destination.
Please let me know if there is anything I need to do to get access to the beta destination. I can only see the Beta Source

The SendGrid Destination you see in Segment right now should have the beta functionality already enabled. We’ve added a demo video above for an overview on setup.
