👤Upload your photo.

To get the most out of the Community and build your network, take a few minutes upon joining to complete your profile with a photo and introduce yourselfIf you need to update your username at any point, reach out to @Chauntel Greaves!

 

🔍Use search.

One of the most common ways our members find great info is through search. The search bar is located at the top of all Community pages and searches across all different areas of the Community, including people and groups. Additionally, it searches our docs, courses, blog, and recipes pages.
 

❓Ask and answer questions.

Post your Segment questions to our Product Q&A forum where there are experts on hand to help you. Whether you have a specific question or are curious for others to weigh in on a product related topic, this is your space. Try your hand at answering a few questions as well if you’ve gained a great nugget of wisdom and you want to share it with fellow community members. 

 

👍🏼 Like and share valuable content.

The best way for us to figure out what you want more of in the Community is by telling us. For example, start a discussion around a topic area of interest, clicking “Like” to show your support of a post goes a long way. Have a unique use case and want to see if it’s helpful? Share it. Want to get feedback from your trusted network on a topic? Ask the community!


☕ Build your network.

The Community is filled with dynamic and knowledgeable people that you need to know. Start building your trusted community network by checking out recommendations that the Community suggests for you. Start here by introducing yourself to the community!

 

🏷️ Tagging others on posts.

When you reply to a question or discussion, you can mention a person or group name to make sure they see your reply. Mentioning a person is a way to keep them informed when you're discussing something relevant to their job. Enter @ followed by the first few letters of the person's name and you’ll see names start to appear. Choose the person or group you want, finish your message, and post it! Tip: When sharing content, please only share with relevant people and/or groups.
 

📧 Adjust your email settings.

You can receive email notifications for different activities and adjust your email settings for groups that you’re a part of.
